Hello Debra
Patrick's father was Thomas Kiely married to Mary. He lived in a cottage on the estate of the Earl of Donoughmore who owned Knocklofty House and was a groom as was Patrick, too. Patrick appears to be the eldest child of seven one who died at some time. The others were Johanna, Maryann, Bridget, James and Thomas. These are on the 1901 Irish Census which you can access free of charge. In 1911 Patrick has been married for two years and is living in a cottage at Brick owned again by the Earl of Donoughmore and is classed as a farm servant. He and Johanna have one child named Mary Bridget. That is as much as I know at present of Patrick's family obviously there were more including your father, John. Now my brother-in-law remembers your father and I'm hoping to jog his memory further. He plays cards on a Thursday and one of the other players knows quite a lot about families around here. I hope this helps a little.
Kind regards
Chris
