Searching for information on a baby boy born 12-01-1928 at Hurley Hospital in Flint, Michigan (Genesee County)...born to birth mother who used surname of KILBOURN. This baby was adopted by Arthur P. DeViney and his wife Lucille DeViney of Flint, Michigan and then later moved to Traverse City, MI. The adopted parents are now dead. Did anyone know the DeViney's and the story of this child's birth family? I am interested in seeing to it that this adoptee be included in the KILBOURN(E) FAMILY TREE.
