Jane Kilby is mortgaging property to John Phillips for £100.
It consists of:
1. A cottage and garden in Kencott bounded oin the South by a stream which separates the parishes of Kencott and Broadwell. This came into the possession of Jane Kilby in 1840.
2. Two adjoining cottages at Great Clanfield, Oxfordshire.
