As I know virtually nothing about Mary I can't give any information that would connect her to your Kiley's. I have as yet to find any of her family. Except the names of James Kiley and Kate Kiley that appear as witnesses on her marriage license, I suspect James is her brother, Kate perhaps a sister-in-law, I have nothing else.

But as your Kiley's lived in Monroe perhaps there is some kind of relationship. (Did they live in the City of Monroe or somewhere else in Monroe Co.?)

But I will keep a look out for anything that I may come across on your Kiley's.
