I definitely think there is a link between your Thos. Kiley and my Kiley family of S. Boston.
I have info for you on research I have done on these families including Thomas' baptism & census records and Nicholas Levins' census of S. Boston as clerk in junk yard at 87 W. 5th St.
I think your Thos. is the issue of one of Jeremiah Kileys brothers.
He had a brother John b. 1812 who had 6 children:
Thos. F. b. 1837
Margaret b. 1838
James b. 1842
John b. 1847
Elizabeth b. 1849
Catherine b. 1850
