Hello,
My great- grandmother is Honora Kilker and was born in Ireland, April of 1877. I am told she was from County Mayo but have no town name or details. She was married to Anthony Kane and lived in Locust Gap, PA. They had 11 children. She died in 1958. There is no information of any other family and I am told she came over on her own but can't figure out how she would have ended up in the Gap unless there was a family connection to get her there.
The name isn't at all common. If anyone has any information that could link her to family in the US or Ireland, it would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
