Trying to find records to prove what the maiden name is for the mother of Nicholas KILL born 22 January 1835 in Rolling, Luxembourg to Jacques "Jacob" KILL (b.1811)and Mary THOM or THORN. Some of the information I had obtained, shows it to be THOM and other information says it should be THORN.

Nicholas KILL (b.1835 came to the USA in 1858 and settled in Seneca County, Ohio. He married Elizabeth Rahrig in 1861. They moved to Spencer Township, Allen County, Ohio in 1863. They had ten children: Vincent, Mary, Joseph, Treca, Sylvester, Lucy, Lizzie, Katie, Julia and Lewis.

Jacques "Jacob" KILL born 24 June 1811 in Erpeldange, Luxembourg to Peter KILL (b.1769) and Margaretha PETERS. Jacques "Jacob" KILL (b.1811) married Mary THOM or THORN on 12 February 1835. They had six children. Nicholas(b.1835), Paul, John (died as infant), Catherine, Mary, John (also came to USA)

I have four more generations of ancestors for Peter KILL (b.1769)
