Charles or Carl F Kill, PA

I am looking for a Charles/Carl F Kill, born about 1856 in Germany (Baden?). He married Catherine Skillen before 1888 and they lived in Allegheny Co, PA in 1900 and 1910. Their children were Herman, Jennie, Carl, Catherine, Harvey, Anna, Robert, and Mary. I need to who his parents were and when/where he came to the U.S. (I have a range of 1876-1885 according to the censuses). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
