The John Heath b 1800 and wife Lavina b 1799 are in the 1850 Jones Co. census. This Lavina could not be the unknown daughter of Hinchey Killebrew. She was born before 1784. Lavina, the wife of this John Heath, died in 1882 and left a will naming ten children and there wasn't a Levina or William Heath named therein.

There was another John Heath (b 1784-1794 sic?) who appears in the 1810 Jones Co. census and who died in Jones in 1848. His first wife may have been Sarah noted as a witness with this John Heath in 1840. Nancy b 1790 was likely his second wife and named in his will. The children named in his will were son Amos (exr) b 1797 d 1858, Silas and daughter Argent Heath b 1795 d 1891. Is there a connection between this John Heath and your's?

These wills are on the Jones Co. website/archives on rootsweb.

It would be helpful, if you could share your facts regarding the first marriage of Levina to a Turner and other Heath info.

I am keen on identifying the remaining daughter of Hinchey Killebrew. Also, William Killebrew, son of Hinchey, had a female in his household in 1810 who was born 1800-1810 who has not been identified.
