I ran across this this morning while searching through Robertson Co., TN information. I am not related to Killebrew's, but someone I have corresponded with is, so I thought I'd post the inforamtion just in case it helps someone. The url is (http://www.tngenweb.org/goodspeed/robertson/biograph.html)
M. L. Killebrew, one of the enterprising farmers of the Seventeenth District, was born in Montgomery County February 12, 1834. He is one of five children, the result of the marriage of Bryan W. and Elizabeth Killebrew, natives by birth of Montgomery County. The father was born in April, 1805, and was a farmer until his death which occurred September 20, 1850. He was of Scotch descent. The mother was of English descent. She was born in 1811 and died in Stewart County, 1836. The subject of this sketch was reared at home with his parents to the age of twenty-one, receiving his education in the schools of the county, attending also J. D. Tyler's academy, in Montgomery County. In 1855 he was married to Virginia E., daughter of William and Mary E. La Prade. Mrs. Killebrew was born in Robertson County, February 23, 1835. The fruits of her union to Mr. Killebrew have been three children, two of whom are living; one, Jeseph B., died in Denzen, Tex., October 10, 1885. Those now living are William L. and Webster G. Mr. Killebrew bought 380 acres of land in Robertson County, where he is now living the life of a farmer. In politics he is a Democrat. He is a worthy citizen and a member of the Baptist Church.
