HILLVIEW - Joseph N. "Joe Pat" Killebrew, 80, of Hillview died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2006, at St. John's Hospital.
He was born Sept. 16, 1926, in Hillview, the son of Turner and Mable Hoskins Killebrew. He married Margaret Barr in 1961; they divorced.
Mr. Killebrew attended Bishop Dell School in Hillview. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He retired from the Illinois Department of Transportation and raised cattle. He was a member of Hillview Baptist Church.
Survivors: two daughters, Sara Brame (companion, David Jennings) of Hillview and Angie Killebrew of Decatur; two grandchildren; brother, Bob (wife, Glenna) Killebrew; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Services: 1 p.m. Sunday, Airsman-Hires Funeral Home, White Hall. Burial: Pinetree Cemetery near Patterson.
