I have been to what has been referred to as "Killebrew Cemetary" but is actually marked as Tennessee Territorial Cemetary. It was in disrepair when I visited it in February, 2007. Many trees and bushes had overgrown and some of the headstones were hard to read. One nice feature, however, was that someone had planted daffodils on the highway bank below the location and also along the path from the highway to the cemetary stones.
I am the granddaughter of Frank Moore Killebrew who grew up in that area. His father was John Henderson Killebrew. Most of my information has been found by computer, although there are Killebrews buried in Little Zion Church Cemetary close to where the territorial cemetary is located.
