hi Jessica,

you'll probably need to go back a little further than that to see when your relatives arrived in your country.

most of us originate from Ireland Or Scotland, I was born in ireland myself and as far back as i can see from my own family tree, we originate from Co. Clare In Ireland.

like many other irish, during the irish famine, many irish moved to America amongst other countries. So if you go far back enough, you'll find most likely that your relatives were from Ireland.

the name Killen actually means 'Grandson of cilin' (pronounced killen)

and there is actually a little town in northern ireland known as Killen.

There are many of us about it would seem, so its most likely somewhere on the bloodline, your related to one of us! :)

Best wishes, Jonathan Killen.
