KILLEN FAMILY from Tuam, County Galway

Can anyone help in tracing my great great great grandfather William and his family who came from Tuam possibly Castlebar. He was born cir 1810 and married Bridget Mullony (also from Tuam?). They had a son called Patrick born cir 1828 and possibly at least 2 other sons John born cir 1822 and Thomas born cir 1831. They were all born in Ireland, presumably Tuam. Patrick born cir 1828 emigrated to England where he married Winifred Gray, {born cir 1837 in Kilmacshalagan, County Sligo, Ireland) at St Patricks RC Chapel, Felling Shore, Gateshead, Durham on 10 May 1856. They had 7 children. John born cir 1822 married Ann McCoy and had at least 1 son called James. Thomas born cir 1831 married Margaret Anna Hart between 1851 - 1853 and they had 8 children.
Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks, Peter.
