Hi Brenda,
Thank you for writing. Actually I really don't know a whole lot about Mary. I'm not sure if she ever married or had any children or when or where she died. I do know she had an older brother, Stephen Alford Killman, and an older sister, Edney Virginia Jane Killman, and possibly a younger brother, William. I know her parents were Henry Killman and Susan Hopper. I believe Mary was born about 1857 in Monroe Co. Kentucky.

I know by the 1870's these people, and many of their relatives, were all living in Mincy, Taney Co. Missouri and were affiliated with the Mincy Valley Baptist Church. I know eventually the Hopper's left Mincy and moved to Omaha, Arkansas and that Mary went with them. I'm not sure how long she remained in Omaha but by December 10, 1923, when my gg grandmother Edney V.J. Killman Thomason died, in Pueblo, Colorado, Mary was said to have been a resident of St. Louis, Missouri.

I would love to know if we are researching the same Mary I have always wondered about her. I also have never been able to find out when or where their brother Stephen died. I'm also not sure what happened to brother William as I've only seen him mentioned once, and that was on the 1880 Taney Co. Missouri census. He was listed as the 10 year old son of Henry and Susan Killman. Mary A.M. Killman, age 23, was also listed, on that same census, as living with her parents.

Looking forward to your reply.
