Dennis- Think I got it! Was searching the Kilmer Family book by Rev CH Kilmer, found Isaac and his twin born 11 Sep 1850, with parents of Peter Benjamin and Eliza (Snyder) Kilmer. All seems to fit, just going to do some more research to ensure it, but that makes dad & Howard 6th cousins.... (which works...) Thanks, Ben
