I just came across your gen forum posting last evening. I think Margaret Kimbrell may either be the daughter or the sister of John R. Kimbrell. John R. Kimbrell's wife was Jane Davis. I will try to figure this out next week. Go to the 1860 Madison County or Rockcastle County Census and you will find both on the same page though Margaret was with the Heart? family at the time of the census count. Apparently next door neighbors to John R. Kimbrell.
