KINARD, MARSHA BURGIN, age 60, of Vestavia Hills, passed away January 22, 2006. Mrs. Kinard was co-founder and President of Think Pink, Inc. She was a charter member of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church, and was a longtime member of Vestavia Hills Garden Club. She graduated from Shades Valley High School, Gulf Park in Long Beach, MS and University of Montevallo. Mrs. Kinard was best known for her love to entertain friends and family as well as for making a beautiful home and life for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, T.M. and Virginia Burgin. She is survived by her husband, Paul McLaurin; children, Rachael Hayes (Mike) and Trip Kinard; grandchildren, Laura Ellen and Parker Hayes; sister, Becky Hickel (Ryan); niece, Mimi Mangrum of Kansas City, MO and nephew, David Hickel of Auburn and many cousins. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to The Jimmie Hale Mission. Funeral arrangements by Ridout's valley Chapel.
