Here is his obituary, listing his parents, below that is his wife, Icie's obituary.

Final rites for Homer Kincaid, 70, Kilsyth, will be conducted at
2 p. m. Tuesday in the Freewill Baptist Church at Kilsyth with
the Rev. R. H. Doan and the W. C. Combs in charge. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
Kincaid died at 4:30 a. m. Sunday in a Beckley hospital after a
long illness.
He was a retired coal miner and a member of the United Mine
Workers of America Local Union No. 7086. He was a member of the
Kilsyth Freewill Baptist Church. Born in Summers County May
4, 1892, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Kincaid.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Icie Kincaid; a daughter, Mrs.
Pearline Richmond of Webster Springs; a son, Adrian of Kilsyth;
three brothers, Porter of Kilsyth, Clyde of Mount Hope, and
Lonnie of Route 1, Mount Hope; five sisters, Mrs. Laura Smith
of Bradley, Mrs. Mae Elswick and Mrs. Ella Wright, both of Route 1, Mount Hope, Mrs. Myrtle Cimmings of Oak Hill, and Mrs. Florence
Helmintoler of Mount Hope; a foster son, William Price of Beckley; seven grandchildren ; and three great-grandchildren. The body will remain at the Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope where friends may call after 3 p. m. today.

Mrs. Icie Kincaid Has Fatal Attack MOUNT HOPE (RNS)
Mrs. Icie Kincaid, 70, died about 2 p.m. Saturday at her Mount
Hope home. Death was attributed to an apparent heart attack.
She was a member of the Kilsyth Free Will Baptist Church. Born in ! Summers County, Nov. 15, 1895, she was a daughter of the late Napoleon and Victoria Wills. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer. Survivors include a son, Adrian of Long Branch; a daughter, Mrs. Pearline Richmond of Webster Springs; a sister, Mrs.
Beatrice Barker of Florida; seven grandchildren and seven
great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Tyree Funeral Chapel at Mount Hope with Rev. William Menefee in
charge. Burial will be in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. The body will remain at the funeral home where friends
may call after 5 p.m. today.
