It doesn't look like the Herbert Kincaid that died in April, 1983 in Ohio is the same Herbert Kincaid that was the son of George Kincaid:

Herbert L. Kincaid 77 yrs of Louisville, Oh passed away Tues. morning the home following an extended illness. Born in MacDonald W.V he had lived in the Canton-Louisville area for 48yrs. Survivors include wife Leona of the home, one dtr Mrs Charles (Phyllis) Peterson of Louisville; 3 brothers Fred & Ted both of Deland Fl. Zernie Kincaid of Orlando Fl. 4 sisters; Mrs. Charles (Glenna) Stouffer of Huntington W.V. Mrs Evelyn Adams: Mrs Isaac (Kathleen)McNutt and Mrs. Tansil Kelly all of DeLand Fl. Burial in Evergreen Burial Park

FRED A. KINCAID, 72, 44728 Forrest Road, Paisley, died Friday. Born in Alderson, W.Va., he moved to Central Florida from Charleston, S.C., in 1948. He was the former owner of Fred's Tree Service, Orlando. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving with the Seabees and was a member of VFW Post 2380, DeLand. Survivors: wife, Verlin; son, Donald, Orlando; brothers, Zernie, Orlando, Ted, DeLand; sisters, Glenna Stouffer, Huntington, W.Va., Tansil Kelley, Kathaleen McNutt and Evelyn Adams, all of DeLand; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home, DeLand.

Orlando Sentinel, The (FL) - August 8, 1991
EVELYN E. ADAMS, 84, 991 E. New York Ave., DeLand, died Tuesday. Born in Hinton, W.Va., she moved to DeLand from Bechtelsville, Pa., in 1968. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, DeLand. Survivors: son, Thomas E., Forest Hills; brothers, Zernie Kincaid, Orlando, Ted Kincaid, DeLand; sisters, Kathleen McNutt, Charleston, W.Va., Transil Kelley, DeLand, Glena Stoffer, Huntington, W.Va.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home, DeLand.

The brothers and sisters of the above Herbert L. Kincaid who died in Ohio in 1983 do not match with the sons and daughters of George W. Kincaid (Wallace, Lee, Lipson Leon, Lula, Minnie, Robert).
