Don't know if this connects to your PERKINS info.....did your Kincanons come to the Cartersville Ga area. My husband's grandmother Georgia Anna PERKINS Hornbuckle mentioned Kincannon's, but not sure if family or close neighbors and friends.

The Perkins line starts with William Perkins, b. approx 1834 Bartow Co., GA married Nancy York b. 1834. (William's mother, Lucinda b. 1808 is on the 1900 cenus). William and Nancy Perkins had a son Sam Smith Perkins b.9/21/1868, Emerson, GA, married Nancy Ann Smith and their daughter Georgia Anna Perkins b. 2/10/1899 Bartow Co.,GA married Samuel David Hornbuckle and migrated to Omega, GA.

Is it possible that these are connected to your Perkins??
