Hi Brian,
It may be that your Daniel is the son of George and Rebecca Kindig who are in Manchester Twp 1800-1840. They are the parents (i think) of my Rebecca Kindig born 1818. They do have a son born 1821/2 who fits with Daniel. George remarried after Rebecca was born to a Margaret. She is the Mary Kindig widow in Spring Garden with son Henry in 1850 onwards. She was known i think as Mary but was actually Margaret - seen in an Orphan Court document re one of Rebecca's sons after she died 1861.
I would love to hear more of Daniel and Susanna.
Sincerely,
Valerie
