Hello Alan,

Wonderful to read all your research and I note the Daniel Kindig and Susannah Hively in the details of your research.

Do you also have Daniel H. Kindig b 1779 who married Susannah Weigel in 1803 Christ Lutheran Church, York, PA on your tree? I think Daniel H. was the son of Henry Kindig Snr 1755-1824 of Hellam Twp, York County, PA.

Also i have the children of Daniel H and Susannah Weigel transfering to Milton, Wayne Co, OH just as you have for your Daniel + Susannah Hively. The names you list for the children are pretty much the same. Too many coincidences!?

Do you know how all this fits together please?

I have a copy of the Deed of 1850 from York Archives showing how the Kindig and Linebaugh families are linked through Johan Leonard Weigel.

It would be good to hear fron you.

Regards

Valerie Bowden
