Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
Jack, I don't know if this is the Henry you are looking for, but I have a Henry Kindig born about 1846 in Pennsylvania (probably Bucks County) His father was Martin Kindig, born about 1801, and his mother was Mary, born about 1803. I found this information on the 1850 Census for New Britain Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania pages 300 and 301. He did have a sister named Catharine. You can e-mail me back, or check out my message on the Kindig website. There are lots of Kindigs in Pennsylvania. You might try your luck at lds.org and get on their family history page. That might give you some leads. I'm stuck, too, with Martin Kindig. Good luck, Scott
