Hello Kelly,

You state:
Peter Kingery, husband of Sarah, is believed to have been the son of Peter Christian Kingery, SR., b. abt. 1740, some say in Kassel, Germany, others say Pennsylvania. His wife's name was Catherine Sebold. Peter Christian Kingery died in 1810 in Franklin Co., VA. and his wife died in 1818 in same. They were recorded on the 1810 census of Franklin Co., VA., as "Peter Kingry, Sr." He died that same year, after the census was conducted. The only problem with this is that Catherine Sebold and Peter Kingery are said to have been married in Dauphine Twp., Lancaster Co., PA. in 1780, and Peter JR., was born in 1770 (according to his death notice in the Lawrence Co., OH., newspaper above).

Your Peter Kingery, husband of Sarah, is not the son of Peter Kingery and Catherine Seabold.
It is possible that Peter, husband of Sarah, is a son of Christian Kingery (Gingrich) and Catharine Myer.
Christian and Peter (married to Catherine Seabold) are brothers.

I have a copy of Catherine Seabold's Will listing the six children of Peter Kingery and Catherine Seabold. The son Peter married Catharine Abshire 24 December 1806 in Franklin County Virginia
Will: 12 December 1818, lists children of Katy Kingery as "oldest daughter" Betsey, "second daughter" Polly, son Peter, "my third son" Thomas, and Nellie. She mentions her son Henry who is the executor or her will.
