Hello again

Don't know if this will help you but I was just going through the Nova Scotia GenWeb and I found this under Newspapers- Genealogical Info from Acadian Recorder:
May 12, 1821
At Yarmouth on the 23d April by the Rev. T.A. Grantham, Mr. James B. Moody to Miss Abigail, eldest daughter of Mr. Israel Harding of that place.

Might be a stretch but he might be related. I know you're looking for any clue so you never know.

PS-Couldn't find Moody in the Mi'kmaq Databases listed there but maybe you could have a look.

Christina
