I have been so anxious to hear back from you! Thanks for responding. This will be just a quick note this morning, before going to work, as it appears I have some detail (scant little!) that you may not have.
To begin with, when I was born in 1952, we lived on Vashti Road, right down the street from Lawrence and Etna! When I was 6, we moved out to Trout River Blvd. because the "new" Interstate 10(?) needed an exit ramp and it was going to plow right through our living room! We lived in Jax until I had completed the fourth grade, so I will assume that must have been about summer of 1962. Sorry, I don't believe we were at your wedding!
Real quickly, before I have to go...my mother HAS been able to tell me that there were 10 siblings in the KINGHORN family, all being the children of father Robert, but to two different wives (no names yet). Spouse 1 produced Minnie (1) and Jennie (2), and Spouse 2 produced Nellie (3) b. 1884, Agnes (4) b. 1886, Robert (Jr.) (5) b.1887, William (6) b. 1889, Thomas (7) b. 1891, Arthur (8) b.1894, Aaron (9) b. 1897, and Walther (10) b. 1899.
You have only, so far, mentioned a total of four, so if you have no other data, it looks like we both have some digging to do! I am real interested in your connection with Tom in Montana, as I had found that "cluster" of Kinghorns, but had not yet dug into them. But with the scarcity of Kinghorns out there, I felt they must certainly be connected.
I've gone into more detail than originally planned, but will put this additional stuff on the Forum for others to review and comment. THANK YOU for the feedback. I have felt so alone on this crusade, until now!
