KINGHORNS of Stalwart, Michigan

The Chippewa County Michigan GenWeb has been kind enough to post the transcription I submitted on the early settlers of Stalwart, Michigan, where our Robert KINGHORN homesteaded in 1881, and the birthplace of the majority of our family. It is interesting to note, however, that several of his children, including some of those born in the US, did, in fact, return to Canada. Please note also, the mention of a brother, John KINGHORN, and sister, Ellen KINGHORN, who came to the US from Scotland, but returned home soon after. Was this really a brother and sister, or possibly father and daughter? And where did they return to...Canada, or Scotland? (As there are some KINGHORNS in Ontario with a father-brother-sister similar name connection, I am researching to see if THEY may be the "visitors" referred to!)
Anyway, you can find the Stalwart page at...
