Hi!
My family are from the Berwickshire area at the time you are interested in. My grandfather was born in Kelso on 23/6/1891(married to Robina Scott). His father was David (b. 11/6/1860)and married to Catherine Mcleod. It may be that his sister Janet Landells Kinghorn (b.16/8/1867)is the one mentioned in the reply by Fred Bell. Their parents were William Kinghorn (b.15/10/1837) and Elizabeth Halliday and their grandparents were Robert Kinghorn(b. about 1797) and Janet Landells. Robert's parents were Abraham kinghorn and Elizabeth Bell, Janet's were John Landells and Isabella Emans.
