Hi David,
There were a few Kinghorn families in Fogo and Duns at this time, but I have not found the birth of a Mary .
John Kinghorn and Alison Fairbairn married in 1790 and had children until 1804. John was a miller.
A William had a family there 1785 to 1793, but no Mary.
John Kinghorn and Elizabeth Ainslie had a son William who married Margaret Swinton steele in Duns 1838. They had a son John who was a lawyer in London.
I had a message last week from David Thomson EMALD@aol.com .He is interested in a William
associated with Cairniehill Farm, Duns
Maybe you have a connection.
Eileen
