Hi Linda:

I had been wondering if Sir John Lyons did indeed adopt the name of Kinghorn. Do you have direct info on that?

Re the 5 floppies: I'm sure they are available at any Family History Center here in Boise (how interesting that you are here too, by the way!). I got them from the ladies at the FHC on Amity Road. In fact, I am going there tomorrow morning (Tuesday, March 27) to find out if they can get me this info in GEDCOM format. If you would like to meet me there maybe we can get it figured out.

I'm hoping I didn't "misspeak" myself regarding this disk info...allow me to explain.

As my husband is descended not only from the KINGHORNS, but from the Brigham YOUNG line AND the Martin HARRIS line (one of 3 witnesses to the Book of Mormon), the ladies at the FHC were very enthused. They punched up my info and told me that someone in my husband's family had done a great deal of research, taking us back to the Dark Ages. They then copied the info onto 5 disks, which I haven't been able to read. The info could therefore very well be on the Harris/Young side of the family...who knows? Hope you read this soon so maybe we can meet at the FHC. If not, I'll keep you updated.
