Gordon - how amazing! how extraordinary! This is something that I've wanted to do for years... I've made a start of it, but never got very far.

I am a descendent of Lewis (through Robert Hills Kingman, then Roberta Hills Kingman, my mother).

Thirteen years ago, I visited the original house on Summer Street in (now) Brockton, MA (see and It was still there, though it had been subdivided into apartments. Still... the sense of history was really interesting. I walked around to see if I could spot some of the locations that he'd described having grown up around, and I did find a stone wall that looked very old.
