I have this couple in my data base but with different parents for John Kingman.

I have his parents as Samuel Kingman (1670 - abt 1742) and MARY Mitchell (1674 - abt 1738). Mary was the daughter of Jacob Mitchell (1643 - 1675) and Susanna Pope ( 1649 - 1675). Jacob & Susanna Mitchell were killed by Indians at Dartmouth MA during King Phillip's War. They had taken their three small children to a nearby fort for safety but returned to their homestead where they were killed. The Mitchell children were raised by an uncle and married 3 Kingman siblings in a triple wedding on 1 Jan 1694 in Bridgewater MA - Thomas Mitchell m Elizabeth Kingman, Jacob Mitchell m Deliverance Kingman, and Mary Mitchell m Samuel Kingman. The Kingman siblings were the children of John Kingman (1633 - 1690)& Elizabeth Edson (1643 - 1695).

I have Sarah's parents, Thomas Kingman (1669 - 1741) and Mercy Randall ( d 1737), which makes it unlikely they were killed together. Perhaps, the confusion was with the John's grandparents as noted above.

Samuel Kingman and Mary Mitchell Kingman also had a son Samuel Kingman Jr b 1710 who m Phebe Washburn. Samuel Jr & Phebe's son, Mitchell Kingman, is my DAR Patriot.
