Sorry, There is nothing in the area of the King Philip Stockage. Just woods. They placed the wooden Indian Totem Pole across the road at the back entrance of Forest Park Zoo.
No type of lookout exists, not even the old Barney's Estate Lookout. Right now, this is over I-91. Maybe one reason, so no one jumps off onto the highway.
Do you remember that one? Up on the hill. Forest Park has all changed. One way roads in and out of the park. And a small fee to enter the grounds.
I think the curator of Longmeadw's Storr's Library is looking into all this. Hopefully, she'll make it happen again.
