Hi, Jim--I just saw the note you posted in 2000 re: Celistra Kinsolving. Celistra's brother, Calvin Kinsolving, was my gr-gr grandfather, so Celistra was my gr-gr-aunt. I have a lot of information on the Kinsolvings in Lyon Co. KY., including information on Celistra, which I came across in doing research on my ggg-grandfather, Madison Bushrod Gallatin Kinsolving. My line is Madison B. G. Kinsolving (of VA); Calvin (and Celistra); then Calvin's daughter, America Jane Kinsolving (who was my gr-grandmother). America Jane's son, Basil Talley of Eddyville, Lyon Co., KY was my grandfather. Let me know if you would like the information I have on Celistra. In the meanwhile, does anyone know where Madison B. G. Kinsolving is buried? I have a note that he died in 1888 in Mobile, ALA., but am not sure that is true. I have information on him to share, if anyone is interested.
