HEllo, My mother was born in 1933 in OakHill, WV and her real fathers name was Lacey Kinkade. I believe you are right on the spelling of it. That is how we have always spelled it. My mothers father was married and so of course my grandmother couldnt marry him but they had my mother. So we never got to meet my mothers real father and his family. My grandmother married and they moved up here to ohio. Its kinda nice to see someone is looking for the same last name. Email anytime if you would like at jann44217@yahoo.com Janie
