To Knnear researchers:
Please bear with me I blooped the first attempt. As I said, I, too am a rookie at this, but I'll try and provide you with what little I have. My grandfather was Robert James Kinnear born September 8, 1883 in County Luce, Michigan. His parents were Robert Nelson Kinnear and Isabella McCutcheon Robert Nelson was born in 1852 in Osprey Twp., Ontario (Grey County) To the best of my understanding, as taken from a document copied out of a family bible, Robert Nelson's parents were William Kinnear and Mary Telford. I believe they were the ones to have immigrated from Ireland. I knoew my Dad had relatives in County Down - a cousin, Jack Anderson, but how he was related I don't know. That is the furthest back I have on my Kinnears at this point. Hopefully research will pick up after Christmas again.
If this helps, any one, Great! Keep in Touch, Bev Flinn
