Having seen your messages, befire I have a strong feeling that this may be our family!

I don't have much at this point except the following:
My grandfather was Robert James Kinnear, Born in Michigan in Septebmer 8, 1883 His parents were Robert Nelson Kinnear and Isabella McCutcheon. Robert Nelson wasborn in 1852 in Osprey Twp, Grey County. To best of the information that I have, from a copied document from a family Bible, Robert Nelson's parents were William Kinnear and Mary Telford from Ireland. It appears from this information that there was also a brother Adam.
I also notices on a Canadain archives website, that there is a microfilme available to check about land grants. Robert Nelson eventually moved to Saskatchewan. I also noticed that in the same general area - at least by legal land descriptions, was an Adam Kinnear. The other two listed that were familiar were Robert James Kinnear, (the son) and William Kinnear (brother to RJ Kinnear and son to RN Kinnear).

Does any of this sound familiar? Hopefully after Christmas I can get back into the research mode again.
Best wishes and happy researching. Bev Flinn
