Dear Jeff,

Just recently upon checking our Kinnear history, we have found that my g-g-grandfather, had a brother Adam Telford Kinnear. Upon speaking with one of my Uncles, my mother told me that there was another brother, John. I don't know if this is the same as yours. My Uncle seems to think that he died in a ship off the Cape of Good Hope. Whether that is fact or fiction we are not sure. We are sure, however, that their parents were William Kinnear and Mary Telford. I beliver they lived in Grey County, possible Osprey twp.
I hope this helps - it would be nice to find a connection instead of a brick wall!
Good luck in your research. Bev Flinn
