Henry Puncabee Kinnear was the son of Henry Kinnear and wife Margaret Kinnear. His father Henry was son of Robert Kinnear and Elizabeth Verow and his mother Margaret was daughter of Thomas Kinnear and Margaret Kinnear. As you can see the Kinnears intermarried a lot.
The photo you have may be the same one from the book by Emma Siggins White, which I have. I've always thought my father, Harry C. Kinnear, looked much like your Henry P. Kinnear.

Feb. 8, 1838 in Chatauqua Co. New York to Sally MORGAN who died May 26, 1841 Youngsville, PA; they had two children who died in infancy. He married 2nd, March 28, 1842 Chautauqua Co. PA[sic]to Abigail MORGAN, a sister of his first wife; their children were:
