WILLIAM and JAMES KINNEAR were brothers. The former acted as Justice of the Peace. He had a large family, the members of which nearly all settled in Franklin. He came in 1812, and died in 1844, in the 67th year of his age. JAMES KINNEAR came in 1816. He was County Treasurer for one term; also Associate Judge. He died Feb. 13, 1851, in the 56th year of his age.
