Kinneman of the 87th PA Inf - Civil War

Looking for info on men surnamed Kinneman or Kineman who served with the 87th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War. The regiment mustered in York in September 1861. They were:

1) Kinneman, Jacob Pvt Co B; died May 20, 1882; listed in no history but records found at the National Archives

2) Kineman, Jacob Pvt Co F; mustered January 12, 1864; discharged August 23, 1865; from Gettysburg, Adams County

It is possible that these "two" men could be the same person. That is yet to be learned.
