William Kinsler was my wife's Great grandfather.
He was born in Germany, (maybe with the name Kuensler) and travelled to the USA, and worked for the Detroit police.
Married Anna Dziersinski in USA (also born in Germany. Six Children, born about, 1896 -1902.
His son Philip, (born 1898) also worked for the Detroit police, wounded by gunfire in 1931 while on duty.
His son, Gilbert, (born 1931) also worked for the Detroit police, now retired. His daughter is my wife.
We are interested to find out more about the Kuensler family, and any USA or German roots.
