Your information is very interesting.I am certain most of the Ocala Kinslers have very little knowledge of the South Carolina heritage.
As you may already know, the Kinslers were successful farmers in Marion County, FL. Throughout the farming years they acquired a considerable amount of land. Although no one is farming seriously these days, most of the land remains in the family. Some family members still live on the land and continue to raise live stock. In fact there have been small family reunions on the land from time to time.
We(wife and son)also had plans to attend the Miami reunion and we are disappointed as well.
