Hi Brenda,

I tried to use your address posted in the genealogy forum. I was not sure if you recieved my reply, so I am posting here as well.

I spoke with my mother (Bertha K. Clark) and my aunt (Delores K. Griffin) about their knowledge of Annie Kinsler. First, my aunt told me that you and her met a few years ago. She also said that she met your parents, she knows your 2 uncles that live in Ocala and she receives emails from you regularly. She told me that you once attended a reunion in Ocala. I thought this was very interesting because it reveals how effective oral history can be in tracing genealogy.

As for Annie Kinsler, they did not remember her. However, according to both of them St Phillips Church served as a school in the community during their childhood. They did not have any knowledge of schools before St. Phillips.

How long have you been researching our family? Where have you found most of your data? As for myself, I am finally at a time in my life where I can work on this and I am using the local library for now.
