Hiya Justin,
I can't really tell you too much as I am still in the beginnig stages of discovering who my family is. Anyway, my Grandfather's name is John Kinslow and he served in World War II and he married an inuit woman named Emily Neal.
My grandfather told me that he was born in Burgeo Newfoundland and he moved to Isle-Aux-Mortes.
