Barb and Ollie,
I was told by my father before he passed away in 1963 that his grandfather (Page C. Kinslow) had married a full blooded cherokee woman (Elizabeth). His older sister, Florence Sherman, (died 15 Apr 2002) also claimed the same thing, and she passed on the tale about the pipe as well. Andrew C. Kinslow's wife (Mary Ellen Bryant) was the daughter of a full blooded cherokee semi pro boxer.
