Barren Co., KY Marriage Bond Book # 6, pg. 475
Commonwealth of Kentucky
Let it be known, that we, Aron KINSLOW as prinicpal, and Madison BRADSHAW as surety, are jointly and severally bound to the commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
The condition of this bond is as follows:
That, whereas Marriage is intended to be solemized between the above bound Aron KINSLOW and Elizabeth HUCKABY.
Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage, this bond shall be void, otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
Dated at Glasgow, Barren County, this 20th day of October 1862.
Notes: I believe this is the widow of Joseph Huckaby Jr. Elizabeth Sanders-Huckaby dau. Of William H. Sanders and Obedience "Biddie" Bradshaw.

1st marriage of Elizabeth Sanders
Know all men by these presents, that we, Joseph HUCKABY and William H. SANDERS, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the pentalty of Two Hundred Dollars for the payment of which, well and truly to be made to the said Commonwealth, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, signed with our hands, sealed with our seals, and dated this 7th day of November 1848.
The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas there is about to issue from the Clerk's Office of Barren County, a License for a marriage, shortly intended to be solemized between Joseph HUCKABY and Elizabeth SANDERS
Now, if it shall appear there is no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage, then the above obligation to be void else, otherwise to remain in full force.

State of Kentucky, Barren County Clerk's Office, Sct.
To any minister legally authorized to celebrate the rites of matrimony: I, Thomas J. Helm, Clerk of the County aforesaid, do certify, that Joseph HUCKABY hath entered into bond and security, to procure license to intermarry with Elizabeth SANDERS of this county, consent being legally given. This shall, therefore, authorize you to join in Matrimony the said Joseph HUCKABY and Elizabeth SANDERS. And this shall warrant you for so doing. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk aforesaid, this 7th day of November 1848.

I previously had record that Joseph Huckaby, Jr. died 1859 but have found no proof of this death year other than he is listed on the 1850 census but not the 1860 census.
Joseph Huckaby Jr. was the son of Joseph Huckaby and Mary Polly Bridges of Barren Co., KY.
