Hi LaVelda,
I just read the article you posted in the Kinslow family Genealogy Forum. My great-grandfather's family was from the Glasgow area. His name was Ferdinand Magellan Kinslow and he was born in 1835. His father's name was Ambrose Kinslow and his mother's name was Mahala Emerson. He left Kentucky before 1862. He may have had a brother named William but I know nothing else about his family. Would love to have more info on this side of my family.
