Has anyone determined whether there may be a connection between our John and Martha Kirkbride and the Mahlon Kirkbride family living near the northwest fork of Goose Creek, Loudon Co. VA in 1765 (ref. Note #1-132 Virginia Northern Neckland Grants Vol 2 1742-1775) and the Henry or John Farnsworth families of Loudon Co. VA (ref.Historical Register of Virginians in the Revolution)?
